SQUADRON is a community committed to digitisation, automation and business process optimisation to bring Flemish manufacturing companies to world-class level.

To this end, we collaborate with experts who fully apply their passion, knowledge and expertise and want to benefit from the strength of the SQUADRON network. SQUADRON is a community of experts with many different personalities, interests and expertise. Besides the monthly community meetings, it is important to be able to consult with each other regularly. At our bar, spontaneously or during a formal moment... anything goes! And not to forget, celebrate successes and learnings.

Duo role

Not to fear, you are never alone at SQUADRON! We always work in pairs. The duos are determined per project to ensure that the necessary expertise is present and that the two members complement each other. A double learning on the job!

Personal development at its best! This is the basis for your professional development. We invest in your training, provide inspiration and you get an external coach to achieve your personal goals.

Project management

You do not hide behind your computer screen. You put on your work boots and go into the workplace to get in touch with the business. You go on site, talk with the customer's employees and proactively look for issues and solutions. You go further than just analysis, you look for solutions, implement them and make sure they are adopted.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP WITHIN A FRAMEWORK

Entrepreneurship within a framework

Always wanted to be an entrepreneur, but haven't taken the plunge yet? We give you a framework within which you can get started as an intrapreneur. All SQUADRON members are self-employed. You can always go to them for tips and advice. The shared knowledge within the community is a real added value. You can focus on your passion. We support you with the rest. And you do not have to go looking for customers and projects yourself.

Project-based work provides variety. That is one of the motivations of our members. You consciously choose not to stick to one company. You get tons of energy by applying your expertise in different company cultures. The projects are always in line with your personal expertise. And this also goes broader. This way you get in touch with new facets and get the space to grow.
